Our cattle are locally raised and butchered on Vancouver Island. Quarters, sides, and whole orders can be custom cut with our local butcher. Orders will be packaged, boxed, and delivered right to your door. Contact us for a quote or any questions you have.

Our weights are based on hanging weight which is the weight of the sides on the hook at the butcher. The final weight of the order will depend on the size of the cattle and the types of cuts ordered, but you should expect the packaged weight to be approximately 60-65% of the hanging weight.

• Quarters: ~180lbs

• Sides: ~360lbs.

• Full order: ~720lbs
